Junior Pacers Running

This program welcomes beginner runners to learn proper running form within a welcoming recreational format. Classes include warm-up, stretching, and cool-down. The goal of this class is improve participant endurance in order to complete a 1-mile run without walking. *There is no class during the April School Break week.
