Within a group you find the motivation to go that extra mile, take that extra challenge, and lift that extra plate. Classes will start with a mobility workshop, go into squat form and training and end with a face-melting metabolic conditioning circuit. Under the supervision of a training expert, we will break through your plateau and bring out your best lift. In this new program, your trainer will lead you to measure, reform, build, and improve your squat. Prepare to Breakthrough!
