This 7-week program, which you can join at any week at a prorated price, is for the new-comer to personal fitness and should be considered a “Couch to 5K” type training program. You will meet with a coach once a week for 60 minutes as you develop the basics of endurance fitness. You will be introduced to the basic skills of running with the option to prepare for the Dunkin Run 5k on Sunday September 12th, 2021. A weekly workout schedule will also be included as you track your weekly progress with your coach. Race info: 5K Runners and Walkers Start Time: 8:30am Fee: $35.00
