Kettlebell Conditioning will challenge your current beliefs of typical strength and cardio exercise equipment.
You will learn basic movements of kettlebell in this full body strength and cardio program and be challenged by heart pumping cardiovascular segments.
This is suitable for those new and familiar to kettlebell.
