Run Training

Guilderland YMCA

This 8-week program continues the Guilderland YMCA Run Program Training Series with the Fall I Session. Run Training is for the athlete that has an established fitness base and is looking to complete a race from 5k to 15k, and for the beginner runner aiming to continue their running development. Group training sessions will include running, warm-up/cool-down tips, and running drills to improve performance as athletes prepare to complete the Schenectady Stockade-athon on Sunday, November 12, 2021.
