Need to learn how to de-stress, relax and find the calm within?  In this program, we will practice several different types of mindfulness techniques, including meditation and breathing techniques. We will also explore other methods of relaxation that can help you de-stress, focus and stay calm and sleep better in our hectic world. Great for children, teens and adults.
