Sports Performance

Guilderland YMCA

This program is for high school athletes looking to improve on field performance during their off-season, and is led by an experienced NASM Certified Personal Trainer. The first session will consist of a fitness assessment, followed by 4 weeks of strength training and conditioning. Athletes of all skill levels are welcome, and each athlete will receive their own individualized program. Programs will be designed to the needs of each individual athlete, and will incorporate strength, speed, agility, flexibility, and injury resistance.
