Bethlehem Area YMCA

This program is for high school athletes looking to improve on field performance during their off-season. The first session will consist of a fitness assessment, followed by 5 weeks of strength and conditioning training. Athletes of all levels are welcome, and each student will receive their own individualized program. Programs will be designed to the needs of each individual athlete, and will incorporate strength, speed, agility, flexibility, and injury prevention. Spots for this program are limited.
