Bethlehem Area YMCA

This program is for kids ages 12-14 new to strength training, and is led by an experienced Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). The first session will consist of a fitness assessment, followed by 4 weeks of learning proper form and technique. Kids of all skill levels and experience are welcome. Programs will be designed to the needs of each individual, and will focus on learning basic compound lifts such as the squat, deadlift, row, pull-up, and push-up.
