Teen Bootcamp

Looking for a structured, motivational and goal oriented program? This 7 week program will start you with beginner level boot camp workouts and gradually increase intensity throughout the 7 weeks. This program is focused on promoting exercise and healthy lifestyle. You will receive supervised training from certified exercise instructors and a onetime group nutritional information session with a Registered dietician. Fitness assessments will be done on the first and last day of the session.
