This Class will teach the fundamentals for how to punch and kick properly through doing Kickboxing combinations on a stand-up bag. Kickboxing has been shown to increase your balance and coordination as well as overall fitness for
a full body workout. Our instructor is a certified kickboxing instructor and has a background in martial arts
