Yogic breath, mantra, and meditation practices through the lens of Kundalini yoga.

We will practice a movement sequence, breath practice, meditation, and relaxation with the live sounds of the gong. Participants should bring a shawl or light blanket to cover with during the gong relaxation. This is best done lying down yet can be accomplished in a chair. The retreat will be of gentle nature with the intention to tune into inner awareness and peace.
