Worried about the holidays getting you off track? Need an extra layer of accountability to keep your health and wellness goals on target? Look no further! Sign up for this FREE program to get some support to hold yourself accountable. In this program, you will weigh in on December 9th or 10th, use a point system to guide your healthy choices each day, receive weekly emails with tips and recipes, and complete a final weigh in on January 3rd or 4th. Raffle tickets to win 5 Hours of Personal Training can be earned for completing the weigh-ins, tracking healthy-day points, and for maintaining your weight over the four weeks of the holiday season.
