Core Training Workshop

Are you interested in learning how to develop a stronger core and reduce lower back pain? In this workshop you will not only learn which muscle groups make up your core, but also the difference between abdominal training and core training, and how breathing and posture effect your core. You will leave our workshop with a strong foundation of exercises to incorporate in your training regimen.
