Sprint 8

In this 1-hour long class we will be combining the popular Sprint 8 program on our Matrix equipment with a full body resistance training routine to get you the most out of your workout! Sprint 8 is a maximum intensity interval workout that will burn the maximum amount of calories in just 20 minutes. Pairing this with a full body resistance workout allows you to make significant strength gains along with improving the daily functions of your muscles.
