Have you always wanted to do your first pull-up? Are you currently able to do pull-ups but have hit a plateau? Work with NASM Certified Personal Trainer Jill, to breakthrough your limits! Classes will start with a focus on mobility and progress to learning and understanding proper form and technique before focusing on improving pull-up strength. In this program, your trainer will lead you to measure, modify, build, and improve your pull-up. Prepare to Breakthrough!
