Y-FIT is a cutting edge fitness program that uses plyometrics, weight training, and endurance in one routine. You will shed body fat, increase your energy, speed up your metabolism and explode through your fitness plateau! Class meets for once weekly. Class is taught in the RIG in the Wellness Center.
