Remember the physical fitness tests we had to do in school? While some kids made it look easy, for others, those push-ups and pull-ups never seemed like they would happen. In this small-group personal training, focus on developing the core and upper body strength necessary to complete an unassisted push-up and pull-up. Everyone can do it, and now you can too!
