Family Couch to 5K

Greenbush YMCA

This supportive and motivating 10-week program is designed to prepare you and your family no matter your fitness level to run or walk a 5K. Based on jog/walk interval training, this program teaches you the proper form and pacing needed to successfully complete a 5K event. Strollers, baby carriers, etc. are welcome to make this a fun and enjoyable family experience. Family Pasta Dinner on Friday, June 14th is included in the program cost.
This session will prepare you to run the Greene County Spring into Fitness 5K on Saturday, June 15th. Race registration fee is the responsibility of the participants.
