Join us for our next 16-week session of Enhance®Fitness at the Greenbush Area YMCA. Each class session includes cardiovascular exercises, strength training, balance and flexibility exercises and fostering social relationships between participants. Enhance®Fitness is geared towards those looking to improve their ability to complete activities of daily living, increase bone density, and improve strength and coordination. If you have a chronic condition, such as arthritis, need not worry; you will never have to do anything that hurts. You can use chairs for support, if necessary, and increase the weight you use for strength training at your own pace.
