Our Focus: Balance, Power, Focus, Speed, and Control
Workouts will consist of the following elements:
Basics: Warm up stretches as well as basic punches, blocks, and kicks
Forms: Pre-arranged opportunities to practice the basic techniques you have learned earlier
3 Step: Pre-arranged sparring, which is also no contact to teach fundamental sparring skills and
Sparring: NO CONTACT fighting which gives you an opportunity to apply your knowledge of basic techniques
