Southern Saratoga YMCA

A 30 minute, small group training program to introduce and familiarize individuals with the TRX suspension training system. TRX training is a full body workout utilizing suspension training and your own body weight. All levels can use the TRX suspension trainer to enhance functional core strength, stability and flexibility. Can you hang?? This class runs for 4 weeks.
