Within a group, you find the motivation to go that extra mile, take that extra challenge, and lift that extra plate. Classes start with a focus on mobility, and progress to learning and understanding proper form and technique before focusing on improving deadlift strength. Under the supervision of a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), we will breakthough your plateau and bring out your best lift. In this program, your coach will lead you to measure, modify, build, and improve your deadlift. Prepare to Breakthrough!
