Join us for a 45 minute, fast paced, extreme workout that will X-PLODE you to the next fitness level. You will use unique training tools such as tires, power rope, kettle bells, TRX, hill running and more to take you closer to reaching your fitness goals. When the weather is good, this class will take you outside!
