TRX meltdown are instructor lead exercise classes taught in small groups. TRX suspension training bodyweight exercises will develop and improve your strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. This training requires the use of the TRX suspension trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and your body weight to enable a vast variety of full body exercises for every fitness level and goal. TRX Meltdown incorporates rowers, TRX, and station based exercises for a full and complete body workout.
