Looking to increase your speed for your next 5K? Need to develop some more power to run uphill? As runners, we know we should do hill and speed workouts, but it’s hard to convince ourselves to do them. In this program, learn how to construct a safe and effective hill and speed workout while using the group for accountability to complete them.
