Weightloss Body Camp

Challenge yourself to attain physical goals you may not have thought possible in a month! You will work in a group setting but still experience that one-on-one attention.
Each participant will have three of their own personal goals they aim to accomplish in the program. The first person to accomplish all three goals by the final day of the program will win ONE FREE Personal Training
Session with Jill!
There is no minimum weight-loss goal and every fitness level is welcome. The class will incorporate body weight exercises, weight training, full body workouts, cardio and stretching.
