Learn To Ride
Interested in Cycling?
If you are new to indoor cycling and don’t know where to begin, this class is for you!
This FREE 5 week class will teach you the basics like setting up your bike, measuring your cadence, and proper hand positions.
Weeks 1 & 2 will a 30 minute ride
Weeks 3 & 4 will be a 45 minute ride
Week 5 will be a full hour class!
