Greenbush YMCA

Primal is our latest program with a focus on functional fitness. Each class will be a full-body workout based on the seven ‘primal’ motions. Every class will be different and more advanced than the one prior, to hit the muscles from every angle while still working in the body’s natural movement patterns. You’ll see an increase in raw strength, but also an in functional strength as your day-to-day tasks get easier.
