Yin & Yang Yoga Retreat

The retreat will focus on skills and details to deepen and expand the asana (physical) practice of yoga from both the yin and yang perspectives.

Day 1
Pranayama- Linking breath with movement alignment principles to build a strong foundation going deeper into vinyasa flow. This Yang style of yoga builds heat, energy, flexibility, and strength

Day 2
Meditation and breath grounding and opening through a restorative Yin practice (both days) focusing on theory and physical practice. There will be times for Q&A as well as discussion and breakdown of key asana postures
