STAY ACTIVE AT THE Y

The CDYMCA Active Older Adult programs (AOA) is designed to improve a person’s quality of life. Our fitness classes can help older adults benefit from appropriate and regularly scheduled activity. All programs are presented by trained CDYMCA staff and are developed to meet the needs of older adults.

Healthy lifestyles are achieved through nurturing mind, body and spirit, well-being and fitness. Beyond fitness facilities, we provide educational programs to promote healthier decisions, offering a variety of programs that support physical, intellectual, and spiritual strength. Our programs offer active older adults a place to gather and increase their health and well-being.

All Active Older Adult programs are free for members.
