Wellness Orientations Free with YMCA Membership
Did you know new members of the YMCA receive 3 free wellness orientations to get you started on your wellness journey? During your wellness orientation, a personal trainer will help you navigate through the equipment and many resources available to optimize your Y experience.
Our friendly certified personal trainers are ready to work one-on-one with you to create a program designed just for you! After you complete physical therapy for an injury, our trainers can also help you continue to perform rehabilitative exercises safely and effectively. Sessions offer goal setting, cardiovascular conditioning, muscle strength and endurance training, and overall body restructuring.Our nationally-certified Personal Trainers design a personalized program to meet your specific goals, whether it be weight loss, muscle gain, general fitness or to change up your normal workout routine.
