We can help!
Our friendly certified personal trainers are ready to work one-on-one with you to create a program designed just for you! After you complete physical therapy for an injury, our trainers can also help you continue to perform rehabilitative exercises safely and effectively. We have trainers who specialize in sports strength, weight loss, weight training, and more! We have a trainer for ever goal.
About Our Sessions
Sessions offer goal setting, cardiovascular conditioning, muscle strength and endurance training, and overall body restructuring. Sport-specific training is also available.
For your convenience, we offer sessions in 1, 5, and 10 one-hour packages. We also offer group training!
About Our Trainers
We have two levels of personal training. You can register for a session with a Personal Trainer, or a Senior Trainer. Our Senior Trainers have the experience, certifications, and skills for more advanced personal training sessions.
