Did you know new members of the YMCA receive 3 free wellness orientations to get you started on your wellness journey? During your wellness orientation, a personal trainer will help you navigate through the equipment and many resources available to optimize your Y experience.
We can help!
Our friendly certified personal trainers are ready to work one-on-one with you to create a program designed just for you! After you complete physical therapy for an injury, our trainers can also help you continue to perform rehabilitative exercises safely and effectively. We have trainers who specialize in sports strength, weight loss, weight training, and more! We have a trainer for every goal.
About Our Sessions
Sessions offer goal setting, cardiovascular conditioning, muscle strength and endurance training, and overall body restructuring. Sport-specific training is also available.
For your convenience, we offer sessions in 1, 5, and 10 one-hour packages. We also offer group training.
