Promotion for Victoria Feola at the Schenectady YMCA
The Capital District YMCA’s Schenectady branch is pleased to announce the promotion of Victoria Feola to Senior Program Director, overseeing both the Program & Membership Departments. Vicki has been with the Schenectady branch since October, 2015, directing the Program Department and strengthening youth programming, including the branch’s Youth & Government and Black & Latino Achievers programs.
Prior to joining the Capital District YMCA, Vicki brings over fifteen years of YMCA experience to this position. With stints of service at the Kingston & Ulster County YMCAs, the YMCA of Central Kentucky, and the YMCA of Eastern Union County (New Jersey), Vicki’s work has spanned membership, teen & family, membership engagement, and program departments. Vicki has a B.A. in Fine Arts from the University of Kentucky, and has served the YMCA’s Global Centers of Excellence through service work in Armenia, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, and Vietnam.
“Vicki’s commitment to youth, and creating opportunities for youth, drive her passion. Our Schenectady branch is thrilled to have her oversight as Senior Program Director,” announced Melissa Bellew, Executive Director of the Schenectady YMCA.
Vicki resides in Clifton Park with her husband, Josh, and two & a half year old daughter, Stella. She enjoys rummaging through antique stores, camping, skiing, arts & crafty projects, and chasing her energetic daughter.
Vicki assumes her Senior Program duties August 8, 2016..
