Stay active and get fit at home with this 8 week Virtual Bodyweight Bootcamp with the YMCA!

Bodyweight training requires minimal equipment making it easy to do from the comfort of your own home! We will help you with proper form, muscle strength, and more!

We have two great programs to choose from:

‘21 reBOOT – Beginner Bodyweight Boot Camp 

New to fitness?  Regular Gym goer? Body weight boot camp is a powerful and fun workout using nothing more than your own bodyweight as resistance.  Calisthenics can greatly benefit your training regimen by giving you better body awareness while strengthening your muscles and joints in a safe manner without the added stress of loaded weights.  Combining calisthenics, cardio and mobility with fitness assessments to track your results, this 8 week, 2 day per week program is progressive, challenging and contains continuous variation to keep your muscles guessing and you coming back for more. 

Classes: Tuesdays 6:15pm and Thursdays 6:00pm

‘21 reBOOT – Intermediate/Advanced Bodyweight Boot Camp 

Are you serious about your health and wellness but are looking to take it to the next level? Body weight boot camp is a powerful and Fun workout using mostly your own bodyweight as resistance.  Calisthenics can greatly benefit your training regimen by giving you better body awareness while strengthening your muscles and joints in a safe manner without the added stress of loaded weights. If you want an example, just look at gymnasts who perform bodyweight workouts primarily. Combining calisthenics, cardio and mobility with regular fitness assessments to track your results this 8 week, 3 days per week program is progressive, challenging and contains continuous variation to keep your muscles guessing and you coming back for more to reaching new limits. 

Classes: Monday & Thursdays 7:00am and Saturdays 8:00am
