Patrick enjoys reading, exercising and spending time with friends and family.  He also enjoys training active, older adults, student athletes and teaching group exercise classes.

CassyCassy Leadenham

Akeem started working for the YMCA in 2015. He was a gold glove boxer and is not a professional boxer. Akeem also enjoys reading and spending time with his family.

Josh Monroe

Background

Josh started at the YMCA in 2017. He competes as an amateur bodybuilder and as an amateur in Mixed Martial Arts. Josh truly enjoys helping others reach their fitness goals.

Ryan McCaffrey

Ryan is a Siena College graduate and began working at the YMCA in 2011 while still in high school. He is a dedicated weight lifter in his personal time. Ryan enjoys guiding others down the path toward their goals.

  • American Red Cross CPR & AED

Specialties

Ask Ryan for help with in weight training and bodybuilding. Ryan emphasizes proper technique and progression with an emphasis on correct form. He can help you with building lean muscle, increasing size and strength, and lowering your body fat percentage.
