Miguel Serrano

Background

Miguel joined the YMCA as a wellness coach in 2016 and has been active in the community helping to facilitate evidence based health programs.  Miguel is committed to showing client a well-rounded program that promotes flexibility, strength, stability, stamina, performance and balance with the understanding that every client is unique and so are their needs, which is why each session is planned around the needs of the client.

Laura Comstock

Background

Laura joined the YMCA  as a Group Exercise Instructor in 2017.  She loves to teach a variety of classes including HIIT, Barre, and Silver Sneakers.  Laura enjoys being outdoors spending time hiking.

Jill Cullen

Jill has been a personal trainer for about four years and holds her certification with the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She enjoys training those new to fitness and those getting back into a fitness routine. See Jill to challenge you to believe in your abilities and realize your fitness potential.

Marissa Forte

Background

Marissa Forte has been with the Y for 7 years, beginning as a lifeguard in Aquatics and transitioning quickly into Wellness. While working for the Y, Marissa continued her education achieving her degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science. Her knowledge as a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist is evident in the programs she designs for her training clients. Marissa also achieved the ACSM CIFT credential, allowing her to provide training to individuals with mobility impairment.  Marissa enjoys martial arts, swimming, running, hiking, snowboarding, and climbing.
