Jill Cullen

Jill has been a personal trainer since 2012 and holds her certification with the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She
enjoys training those new to fitness and those returning to a fitness routine. See Jill to establish/re-establish a fitness routine and to realize your fitness potential.

Angela Gordon

Background

Angela has been a group fitness instructor for seven years and a personal trainer for two. Angela made the decision to become a
personal trainer when she saw several participants in her group exercise classes stopped coming due to embarrassment or
frustration. Angela did not want those folks to fall by the wayside and knew that one on one instruction would benefit them. Angela
takes pleasure in training those new to fitness and those getting back into a fitness routine.

Lisa Battisti

Lisa has been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist since 2008. She started teaching group exercise in 2003 and became a Registered Yoga
Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer in 2009. Lisa joined the Guilderland YMCA in 2015. Lisa is currently working towards becoming a Yoga Therapist.

Michele joined the YMCA as a group exercise instructor in 2019 and has also been teaching as an adult education fitness professional since 2017. Michele has a passion for fitness and well-being and a desire to help others achieve their fitness goals by offering individually tailored fitness programs. Michele’s programs are well rounded and help to achieve balance, strength, and flexibility to the body. Michele can help you change your body one cell at a time.
