Your Membership Travels with You

The YMCA’s National Reciprocity Program welcomes you to thousands of YMCAs across the country. In addition, Capital District YMCA members are welcome to use all of our association’s branches. Please join that branch you will use most often. Not valid with SilverSneaker memberships. Bring a photo ID with you for your visit. You will be asked to sign a waiver when visiting another Y location
