Wellness Orientations Free with YMCA Membership

Did you know new members of the YMCA receive a free wellness orientation to get you started on your wellness journey? During your wellness orientation, a personal trainer will help you navigate through the equipment and resources available to optimize your Y experience.


Personal Training

Our friendly certified personal trainers are ready to work one-on-one with you to create a program designed just for you! After you complete physical therapy for an injury, our trainers can help you perform rehabilitative exercises safely and effectively. Sessions offer goal setting, cardiovascular conditioning, muscle strength and endurance training, and overall body restructuring. Our nationally-certified personal trainers design a personalized program to meet your specific goals, whether it be weight loss, 
muscle gain, strength training, or to change up your normal workout routine.


Semi-Private Training

Enjoy the benefits of a specially designed program in a small group environment. Get a group of friends together or make new connections while working towards your health goals!


Sports Performance Training

Looking to enhance your game? We offer specialized sports performance training including:

Training is available in 1, 4, 8, and 12 one-hour packages. Single sessions and monthly recurring packages available at a discounted rate. Non-member rates available.
