Our Focus: Balance, Power, Focus, Speed, and Control
Workouts will consist of the following elements:
Basics: Warm up stretches as well as basic punches, blocks, and kicks
Forms: Pre-arranged opportunities to practice the basic techniques you have learned earlier
Drills: Socially distanced opportunities to apply fundamental knowledge and techniques until
sparring can resume

This class will be outdoors behind the main building.
Masks must be worn at all times.
