And no, I don’t mean skip two meals a day and eat plain lettuce for lunch. What do you need to meet your goals? If you’re looking to gain muscle, be sure that you’re getting the right amount of protein. If you’re looking towards better heart heath, make sure your diet reflects your goal.

Be active daily

Whether you’re going for a walk around the block, attending a Zumba class, or training for a marathon, be sure you’re doing something every day. It could be something small or something big, just get moving!

Don’t think of it as work

When you start thinking of exercise at work, you’re going to dread it. You’re going to procrastinate and be less productive. Exercise shouldn’t be a chore. Find something you enjoy doing and do that!
