Personal trainers have a wealth of knowledge and training under their belts. They can teach you knew moves or different exercises that will help you reach your personal goals. They can help address problem areas, adjust your technique, and open your mind to new things.
Results aren’t immediate, even though we wish they were. Trainers can see how and where you’re improving. They are there to lift you up when you feel down.

They will be there to push you to your limits. Once you think you’ve hit your limit, they convince you to go a little further. They help you achieve things you didn’t know were possible.
They hold you accountable
Sessions are paid for in advance, so you’ve already invested in your future wellness. You have an appointment. Are you going to stand them up because there’s a Gilmore Girls marathon on? Nope. That would be rude. Get your butt off the couch and head to the gym.

Your trainer will correct your form and make sure you’re doing everything right. They show you how you can improve on what you’re doing.
They keep track of the numbers
Your personal trainer will count your sit-ups, jumping jacks, and push-ups. They tell you how many you’ve done and how many you have left.
They create workouts specific to you
You tell your trainer what you want and they help you get there. If you have specific illnesses, injuries, or conditions, they will help prepare workouts that fit your needs. Treadmills don’t help everyone.
They support you
