Tangi

Bringing purpose and passion to the forefront of her work, in 2022, Tangi received a nationally recognized Personal Trainer certification through International Sports and Science Association (ISSA) and recently joined the CDYMCA Evolution team in March 2023 as a Fitness Trainer/Coach. 

As a Fitness entrepreneur, Tangi has worked with a Girls’ Residential program in the NYC area, to implement the S.H.E. Is Movement fitness initiative, introducing various fitness workout styles and nutrition education to teen girls. 

An avid runner since 2011 (participating in various Half Marathons) and having an active lifestyle since her early teen years, Tangi desires to bring more Black women and girls into fitness spaces to improve their lives by sharing the importance of self-care through fitness.

Nykeisha

Nykeisha

Nykeisha Sanders specializes in helping her clients make positive transformations in their lives through physical fitness. She is a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, Online Fitness Coach, Nutritional Advisor, and Boxing Coach receiving her certification through NASM and USA Boxing. She also has her Bachelors degree in Public Health. Her training types include cardiovascular exercises, calisthenics, high-intensity training, strength conditioning and boxing training. Her desire is to influence as many people possible all over the world and push them to be the best they can be.

Kickstart with a Trainer

One-time purchase offers the expertise of a certified trainer to design a fitness program to target your wellness goals, keep you motivated, and help you bust through a plateau. The package consists of a 60-minute assessment session and two 30-minute follow-up sessions.
