Angelina has always been an active individual. In undergrad, she studied Human Biology to better understand how the body functions during exercise and recovery. She utilizes her knowledge of the human body in conjunction with her National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certification to help people meet the goals they set for themselves.

Lauren, Wellness Coordinator

Being a dancer for the majority of her life, Lauren has always been fascinated with the human body and how it moves. After struggling with countless injuries herself, she obtained her A.S in Exercise Science in an attempt to further her understanding of her own body. While doing this, she fell in love with health and wellness and became a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer to help others progress on their health journeys. Lauren strives to teach clients correct form and technique to prevent injuries and build confidence in the gym, while creating a warm and positive environment for clients to discover a love for their health.

Jennifer

Jennifer Robertson is an ACSM certified Exercise Physiologist and Summa Cum Laude graduate of Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion. Originally from Boston, Jennifer has worked creating and instructing a variety of classes and programs for a wide range of ages, in addition to developing and instructing the Post Cardiac Rehab program used by the Middleboro, Massachusetts YMCA branch from 2010-2011. As a trainer, Jennifer’s goal is for her clients to become both confident and competent in their knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform their own exercise routine, while helping them push beyond their perceived limits and achieve their goals.

A distance runner herself, Rebecca quickly learned the importance of adding strength training into her own workout routine. She is passionate about showing all ages of clientele the importance of resistance training to help prevent age-related muscle loss, keep bones strong, promote mobility and overall physical and mental health. Rebecca is looking forward to working with members on lifting weights properly and helping members feel more confident in all aspects of strength training while promoting the importance of MOVEMENT for longevity.

Kickstart with a Trainer

One-time purchase that offers the expertise of a certified trainer to assist you in designing fitness program that will target your wellness goals, keep you motivated and can help you bust through a plateau. The package consists of an option to do a 60-minute assessment and goal building session plus two 30-minute follow up sessions, or four 30-minute introductory training sessions.
