Angelina has always been an active individual. In undergrad, she studied Human Biology to better understand how the body functions during exercise and recovery. She utilizes her knowledge of the human body in conjunction with her National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certification to help people meet the goals they set for themselves.

Brigid, Personal Trainer

Brigid has been an athlete for most of her life, playing soccer for 17 years and at the D3 collegiate level, exercise has always been a big part of her life. Injury prevention in particular is one field she focused on during her college career after suffering from a season ending knee injury, she focused on prevention ever since and emphasizes the importance of this when working with athletes. She attended SUNY Potsdam where she got a degree in Psychology and Fitness. During her time there, she trained clients at the gym and taught chair exercise classes in the local nursing home. In her free time, she works out and coaches youth soccer. Brigid is passionate about working out and helping others; she decided to become a personal trainer to help others develop a passion for working out and living a healthy lifestyle
