Angelina has always been an active individual. In undergrad, she studied Human Biology to better understand how the body functions during exercise and recovery. She utilizes her knowledge of the human body in conjunction with her National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certification to help people meet the goals they set for themselves.

Being a dancer for the majority of her life, Lauren has always been fascinated with the human body and how it moves. Dancing for many years made her no stranger to injuries, and dealing with so many pushed her into becoming a personal trainer to help others reclaim their health and continue to do what they love. 
Lauren has worked with a variety of populations such as: children/adolescents as a dance teacher, young adults at Syracuse University, D3 Athletes at SUNY Cortland, and seniors/special populations throughout her time as a trainer.
She is a stickler for proper form and strives to teach correct technique while helping build confidence in a fun and positive environment.
