My journey into fitness began after the birth of my second daughter. I joined the gym with a friend, having never gone to a gym before. Spinning was just becoming popular; I loved it so much, I got certified in Spinning and earned my NASM CPT certification. 20+ years later, I still love helping others achieve their fitness/wellness goals. I enjoy outdoor biking, hiking, ice skating, skiing, and time with family.

Izabella studied biology at Southern Vermont College, while playing for their soccer team. She graduated from Franklin Pierce University with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science. She was a volunteer coach for the Coxsackie-Athens Varsity and Junior Varsity Women’s Soccer programs shortly after graduating college.

Cindy’s fitness journey began over 10 years ago. She enjoys helping people of all ages and abilities reach their fitness goals, especially educating women over 30 of the benefits of adding lean muscle through strength training and proper nutrition. She enjoys strength training, outdoor cycling, and TRX training.

Kickstart with a Trainer

One-time purchase that offers the expertise of a certified trainer to assist you in designing fitness programs that will target your wellness goals, keep you motivated and can help you bust through a plateau. The package consists of an option to do a 60-minute assessment and goal building session plus two 30-minute follow up sessions, or four 30-minute introductory training sessions.
