My journey into fitness began after the birth of my second daughter. I joined the gym with a friend, having never gone to a gym before. Spinning was just becoming popular; I loved it so much, I got certified in Spinning and earned my NASM CPT certification. 20+ years later, I still love helping others achieve their fitness/wellness goals. I enjoy outdoor biking, hiking, ice skating, skiing, and time with family.

Tim has been a personal trainer since 2019 and takes great pride in his clients by instilling knowledge and motivation to meet their goals. In addition to his personal training certification, Tim is also certified in corrective exercise and pain-free performance training. Since day one, he's strived to always make sure his clients are training the most functional and safest way possible.

In his free time, Tim loves playing golf with friends, going on hikes/runs and spending quality time with family.
