Angela has been a group fitness instructor for seven years and a personal trainer for two. Angela made the decision to become a personal trainer when she saw several participants in her group exercise classes stopped coming due to embarrassment or frustration. Angela did not want those folks to fall by the wayside and knew that one on one instruction would benefit them. Angela
takes pleasure in training those new to fitness and those getting back into a fitness routine.

Lisa has been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist since 2008. She started teaching group exercise in 2003 and became a Registered Yoga Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer in 2009. Lisa joined the Guilderland YMCA in 2015. Lisa is currently working towards becoming a Yoga Therapist.
