Cassy began personal training over 15 years ago, in NJ where she owned her own gym. After moving to NY to be closer to her family, she started working for the YMCA making people laugh through the pain of her grueling workouts. She enjoys helping individuals grow and meet their fitness goals and loves making their fitness journey more fun and exciting!

Tim has a passion for prehabilitation and functional training to promote an active and pain-free life. He is a volunteer coach for Delmar Track and Field and enjoys helping athletes reach their full potential.

Careen is a Master’s Prepared Registered Nurse. Her Fitness journey began as a soccer player in middle and high school and she continued to run recreationally and strength train throughout college. Currently she is an avid runner and fitness enthusiast, and also enjoys the following hobbies; playing the piano, traveling, hiking, fishing, gardening, and reading mystery and suspense novels.

Stacy has been working with adults and children to overcome impairments in their physical or mental functioning thereby allowing them to participate in meaningful life activities. After seeing many people struggle with disease, disability and depression she decided to become a personal trainer and health coach as her commitment to helping people live happier, healthier lives and assist in preventing disease and disability.

Taryn was a Division I athlete for the UMass Women’s Rowing Team which inspired her interest in becoming a fitness professional. Taryn has trained all ages in the sport and has since brought her knowledge and love for inspiring people and helping them achieve their goals off the water and onto the fitness floor. Taryn loves to connect with members through wellness and enjoys teaching group fitness classes and helping people improve their health and well-being.

One-time purchase that offers the expertise of a certified trainer to assist you in designing fitness program that will target your wellness goals, keep you motivated and can help you bust through a plateau. The package consists of an option to do a 60-minute assessment and goal building session plus two 30-minute follow up sessions, or four 30-minute introductory training sessions.
