Duanesburg Early Learning Center

Previously known as the Duanesburg Area Community Center, we began our journey with the Capital District YMCA in 2015. As the Duanesburg Early Learning Center, we offer quality care and a dynamic early learning experience for the children and families of our rural community. We serve children from ages 6 weeks to 5 years old.

*Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7:00 am – 5:30 pm

What We Have To Offer

Full-Time Infant

Our infant care serves children ages 6 weeks to 18 months of age. Our qualified and compassionate early educators use the Creative Curriculum to offer hands on learning, sensory experiences and individualized learning goals to provide the best educational experiences for your child.

Full-Time Toddler

Our toddler care serves children 18 months to 36 months of age. Our experienced early education professionals use the Creative Curriculum to help guide individualized and whole class interactive learning activities that promote critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Full-Time Preschool

Our preschool care serves children 3 years to 5 years of age. During their time in our 3 year old preschool classroom our skillful early educators use the Creative Curriculum to expand upon the groundwork of critical thinking and problem solving skills the children have learned. Our educators in our 4 to 5 year old classroom use their expertise and understanding of the curriculum to help the children acquire social and problem solving, as well as, prepare them for their entry into Kindergarten.
