Wes, Wellness Director

Wes is a U.S. Army veteran with over 20+ years experience in the fitness industry. He is currently working on 6 more certifications as a Nutritionist, Certified Tactical Conditioning Specialist, Strength and Conditioning, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Performance Enhancement, and Senior Fitness. All through International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). Wes is also attending Russell Sage for a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science.

Born and raised in Troy, Austin began his personal training career in Florida. He trained in a privately owned gym, leading group classes and private training. He has experience leading barbell and strength training classes and loves helping members achieve their fitness goals. Austin enjoys playing Mortal Kombat and hiking in his free time.

One-time purchase that offers the expertise of a certified trainer to assist you in designing fitness program that will target your wellness goals, keep you motivated and can help you bust through a plateau. The package consists of an option to do a 60-minute assessment and goal building session plus two 30-minute follow up sessions, or four 30-minute introductory training sessions.
