Capital District YMCA

Guest and Day Pass Policy

Capital District YMCA members have unlimited guest passes to accompany friends and family to the Y. Those unlimited guests can each visit twice per year free of charge. A maximum of two guests at a time can accompany a member. 

Please note you MUST bring a photo ID with you.

Guests are encouraged to join after two free visits. If a guest wishes to visit more without joining, there are Day Pass options:

Facilities with Pools

Single Day Pass: $20

Family Day Pass: $45

These facilities include our Bethlehem, Glenville, Greenbush, Guilderland, Southern Saratoga, and Troy YMCAs.

 

Facilities without Pools

Single Day Pass: $15

Family Day Pass: $35

**Family Guest passes include 2 adults with child(ren) under 23.

These facilities include our Albany, Greene County, and Schenectady YMCAs.

 

Guest Policies

  • Guests under the age of 18 must have their parent/legal guardian complete and sign the guest waiver form prior to entering the YMCA.
  • Guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (age 18+) while in the facility.  
  • Please note that members are responsible for any disciplinary issues involving your guest(s) up to and including suspension and termination of the membership due to negative actions/behavior.
  • At the discretion of management, Guest or Day passes may not be allowed at certain times, or for certain classes/areas due to member priority and volume.
